Roblox, Snapchat, Facebook messenger... even texting can create opportunities for children to be exposed to inappropriate content, solicited for sexual communication, and even groomed for abuse by people they know on and offline. 

1 in 5 children are estimated to receive an sexual solicitation online. 

The more time children spend online, the greater the risk that they will face a potential predator online. 

Children are unintentionally being exposed to pornography due to regular use of online device at younger ages. 

Bullying behaviors are on the rise in between children due to increase communication online. 

There is a lot that adults need to know to minimize exposure to harmful and potentially abusive content and behaviors. 

This presentation is geared towards parents and caregivers looking to improve their education regarding internet and device use by children of all ages, who perpetrates online sexual abuse of children (and how), and ways to reduce risk of harm, and keep open communication with children.
